When a job is advertised, we will tell you how we want you to respond.  If we ask you to send your resume in Word format, please do so.  A speedy response is critical.  If in doubt, follow up soon after forwarding your resume to ensure we have received it.  This call also gives you the opportunity to draw attention to your commitment and ability - which may be just the thing to set you apart!
