Ablaze assists clients in the technology sector to reduce their recruitment costs. We do this by attracting, qualifying and recommending only the highest quality candidates available – those who are professionally and culturally the most appropriate long-term fit for our clients.
Since start up in March 2005 we have been proud of our reputation for delivering a personalised recruitment service, specifically finding the right people for your IT Jobs. Our objective has been to work with a small number of prestigious clients - and focus on them closely, rather than the large volume-based style of recruitment.

In today’s discerning employee market, the more information we have about you, the better equipped we are to find the right candidate. We prefer to visit you on-site as we need to ask questions specifically about you, ie about your team environment, your needs now and in the future, your market presence/branding, objectives, company values, benefits and retention plans for staff.
During in-depth interviews with candidates, we utilise our knowledge of the technology sector to aid in understanding their skills and experience when qualifying and matching them to your particular requirements. We also seek to discover their career expectations with a view to aligning them with your career development plans and opportunities available in the longer term.
We also request candidates complete a behavioural profile (www.myprofile.com.au) at our cost. A report is provided to the candidate. Once short-listed, clients will also receive a copy of the report free of charge.
