The Brief

• work on diverse and interesting projects, internally and on client sites
• join Service Delivery team to design, deploy, support and maintain Mitel and Cisco telephony systems
• integrate MS UC and UM with Exchange and OCS
• design, implement, maintain IP telephony servers, switches, routers and gateways
• provide suport for telco systems: VoIP, VM, Analog and other specific hardware and software
• provide clear communication, documentation and superior service to maintain high levels of  customer satisfaction
• review current and emerging technologies to ensure your skills, knowledge and certifications are leading edge

The Requirements

• certifications:  MS MCP, MCSA/MCSE; Mitel PABX Certification
• HP ProCurve, HP Servers and Storage including blades and SANs
• Cisco Network experience
• MS Exchange 2007+
• MS OCS 2007+
• CTI experience integrating to MS UC/UM
• Nortel, Cisco andor Avaya enterprise VoIP systems experience
• passion for self-education
• stable work history – demonstrated commitment to a long-term role in an organisation
• proactive, self-motivated, positive individual with strong interpersonal and time management skills
• enjoys working in a team environment whilst having the confidence to work autonomously when required
• excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) with ability to efficiently convey complex technical concepts
• meticulous attention to detail for documentation
